Plant: totem-pole PFC with a fast leg at high switching frequency, a line-frequency slow leg, a boost inductor in series with the AC line, and a DC-link capacitor on the output.
Inner current loop: average-current-mode control (ACMC) controls the inductor current to follow a sinusoidal reference.
Outer voltage loop: The PI controller for the DC-link voltage sets the amplitude of the current reference.
